Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Sessions must start and end at the allocated times. Registrants are required to be at the Creative Memories stand 5 minutes prior to the start of the booked session. Session times cannot be extended.

A choice of kits is available at the Creative Memories stand. Options may vary, subject to availability.

In the event that you are unable to attend your session, your kit will be available for collection from the Creative Memories stand at Paperific. Registrants who unable to attend their booked session are welcome to arrange for kits to be posted to them at their own expense.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
