By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

* @lesagenda.gc is a volunteer-run, independently funded community. We are a not-for-profit community initiative, and events are funded almost entirely through ticket sales.
* All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, inability to attend, or personal circumstances.
* Tickets may be transferred to another person or exchanged up until 11:59pm on Friday, 3 October 2026 at your own merit. After this date, no transfers or exchanges can be accommodated.
* The event will proceed rain, hail or shine, unless cancelled by the organiser or the venue due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
* @lesagenda.gc reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, discriminatory, harassing or disruptive. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
* Attendees are responsible for complying with all venue rules and responsible service of alcohol requirements.
* By attending the event, you consent to photography and videography being captured for promotional and community purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in photos, please let a member of our team know on the day and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
* Purchasing a ticket confirms that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
