If you start at 1pm, there will be time before to set up.
But if you are starting from 2pm onwards, you won't have much time to set up.
If your booking finishes before 6pm, you will need to leave the space clear at the end of your booking time.

You can use the space as you choose. You can sell items or offer give-aways. You can provide promotional material. Please contact event organisers if you intend to offer food or beverages. This will need prior approval.

NWMNC takes no responsibility for loss or damage of any items brought into the Community Showcase.

You must not damage the marquee in any way.
You must not leave anything in the marquee (other than tables and chairs) at the end of your booking.
