'APPROVAL TO POSSESS 1080 & PAPP BAIT*' and 'OFFICER'S CHECKLIST' forms MUST be completed and signed before baits can be supplied.

A 'NOMINATED AGENT' form MUST be completed by anyone collecting bait on behalf of a property manager or owner.

All baits allocated for collection from the Port Augusta Workshop MUST be collected by the 30th of November 2026.
No refunds will be available for unclaimed manufactured baits after the above-mentioned date.
