By submitting your booking and attending the Reconnecting With Myself – Women's Wellness Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Accommodation
Accommodation is provided on a shared basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate participant preferences where possible; however, room allocations are at the discretion of the organisers.

Health Information
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding any medical conditions, mental health conditions, allergies, medications, mobility concerns, or other relevant health information at the time of booking.
Participants agree to notify the organisers of any significant changes to their health prior to the commencement of the retreat.

Participation
Participation in all retreat activities, including equine-assisted wellbeing sessions, is voluntary.
Participants may choose not to participate in any activity and are encouraged to work within their own physical and emotional comfort levels.
Equine-Assisted Activities
Participants acknowledge that interaction with horses and outdoor activities carries inherent risks.
Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by facilitators and equine professionals at all times.
Appropriate clothing, including long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and enclosed footwear, must be worn during equine-assisted activities.

Alcohol and Drug-Free Retreat
This is an alcohol and drug-free retreat.
Alcohol and illicit drugs are not permitted on the property at any time.
Participants who consume alcohol or attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be asked to leave the retreat immediately without refund if their behaviour compromises the safety or wellbeing of themselves or others.

Behaviour
Participants are expected to treat fellow participants, facilitators, venue staff, volunteers, and horses with courtesy and respect.
Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive will not be tolerated.

Safety
The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cease a participant's involvement in any activity, or to end their participation in the retreat, if their behaviour or health presents a significant risk to themselves, other participants, facilitators, staff, or the welfare of the horses.

Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe environment, participation in the retreat is at the participant's own risk.

Stepping Stone Services, ANSA Counselling, facilitators, venue operators, and equine providers accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property during the retreat, except where required by law.

Medical Assistance
In the event of an emergency, participants authorise the organisers to seek appropriate medical treatment, including contacting emergency services and the participant's nominated emergency contact.
Any costs associated with medical treatment, ambulance transport, or hospital care remain the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests will be managed in accordance with the retreat's cancellation policy.
The organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as practicable, and any applicable refunds or transfers will be advised.

Photography
Photographs may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed must notify the organisers before the retreat commences.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of personal information and stories shared by other participants throughout the retreat.
Personal information collected during the booking process will be managed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and used only for the purposes of administering the retreat.

Refund
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat may be eligible for a refund, less the non-refundable $5 booking fee and a $50 administration charge.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable. However, the booking may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval.
If you are unable to attend, please contact the organiser as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
If the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the booking fee.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
