Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Kapture Krew Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders
All orders must be submitted by the advertised closing date unless otherwise advised.
Orders are processed based on the information provided by the purchaser. Please ensure all player and contact details are accurate before submitting your order.
Once photography has taken place, changes to orders may not be possible.
2. Photography Attendance
Kapture Krew Photography cannot guarantee photographs of players who are absent, arrive late, leave early, or are unavailable when their team is scheduled.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the player attends their allocated photography session.
3. Team Photographs
Team photographs are taken with the players present on the scheduled photography day.
Players who are absent cannot be digitally added to the team photograph after the event unless a separate arranged session is available. Additional fees may apply.
4. Individual Photographs
Individual photographs are taken during the scheduled photography session.
If a player chooses not to participate or is unavailable, refunds will not be provided for missed photographs.
5. Sibling Photographs
Sibling photographs are only taken if a sibling package has been pre-ordered or where the club has approved on-the-day purchases.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring all siblings are present together at the designated sibling photography area when called.
Kapture Krew Photography cannot be responsible if siblings are unavailable at the scheduled time.
6. Image Selection
Poses, expressions and image selection are at the discretion of Kapture Krew Photography.
Images are selected to provide the highest overall quality and consistency across the club.
7. Print Quality
Every effort is made to produce accurate colour and high-quality prints.
Slight variations in colour, brightness or cropping may occur due to printing processes and monitor differences and do not constitute a fault.
8. Digital Images
Digital images are supplied for personal use only.
Digital files must not be altered, edited, filtered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Kapture Krew Photography.
Copyright remains the property of Kapture Krew Photography.
9. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
While every effort is made to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to printing, supplier or freight circumstances beyond our control.
Kapture Krew Photography will keep customers informed of significant delays where possible.
10. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be provided where:

products are received damaged;
an incorrect order has been supplied; or
a manufacturing fault has occurred.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided due to:

player absence;
late arrival;
change of mind;
dissatisfaction with facial expression, pose or hairstyle;
uniform issues;
minor colour or cropping variations.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

11. Lost or Damaged Orders

If an order is lost or arrives damaged during delivery, please contact Kapture Krew Photography as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

12. Copyright

All photographs remain the copyright of Kapture Krew Photography.

Images may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, altered, sold or commercially distributed without written permission.

13. Promotional Use

Kapture Krew Photography may use photographs for marketing, advertising, social media, website and promotional purposes unless the parent or guardian has notified us in writing before photography day that they do not consent.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for processing orders, communicating with customers and delivering products. Information is not sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order.

15. Acceptance

By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and the player(s) named in the order.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
