By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Bookings & Payment
All tickets must be purchased in advance through the booking system.
Places are limited and will only be secured once full payment is received.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the workshop.
No refunds are given for non-attendance or cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
If Beneath the Branches cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund.
Health & Safety
All participants must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs when booking.
Beneath the Branches cannot be held responsible for issues arising from undisclosed information.
Waiver & Liability
Workshops may involve the use of craft materials, tools, and food-grade items.
While every effort is made to ensure safety, participation is at the participants own risk.
By booking, you release Beneath the Branches and its staff from liability for any accidental injury, illness, or property damage that may occur.
Photo & Media Consent
Photos may be taken during workshops and used for promotional purposes by Beneath the Branches.
You will be asked to provide consent during booking.
Behaviour
We aim to create a fun, safe and enjoyable environment for all participants, any inappropriate language or behaviour towards staff or other participants will result in your participation being terminated and you will be asked to leave. Authorities will be involved in matters escalate or if it believed someone may become harmed.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
