Liability Waiver: By participating in the Brothers Rock Climbing and Caving event, attendees agree that neither ICMG Dandenong nor the venue, including its staff, shall be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

Attendee Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being throughout the duration of the event. Any reckless behaviour or disregard for safety guidelines may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

No Refunds: There will be no refunds for ticket purchases, regardless of attendance or circumstances. Attendees are encouraged to confirm their availability before purchasing tickets.

Code of Conduct: Attendees must adhere to the venue's rules and regulations, as well as maintain respectful behaviour towards staff and fellow participants. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

Event Modifications: The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, activities, or any other aspect of the event as deemed necessary. Attendees will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Brothers Rock Climbing and Caving event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be informed promptly, and efforts will be made to reschedule the event. Refunds will only be provided if the event cannot be rescheduled.

Age Restrictions: This event is open to individuals aged 12 and above. Attendees may be required to provide proof of age upon request.
