* A FULL REFUND can be given with notification by delegate preferably 14 days prior to the Event and no less than 7 days prior. Consideration will be given to request for refund within 7 days for exceptional circumstances only.

* THE EVENT will go ahead regardless of weather conditions and will only be cancelled due to unforseen COVID-Lockdown Restrictions and state border closures. In this case we will either reschedule the Event or decide on cancellation and issue delegates with a full refund.

* DELEGATES consent to possible inclusion in recording of sessions and release of digital video of these recordings for public viewing. Please notify us on arrival if you do not consent to this.

* No pets are allowed except service dogs with prior notice.
