By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Admission
* Entry is strictly by valid registration and may be subject to identification if requested by the organisers.
* This is an adults-only event. Children will not be permitted unless expressly approved by the organisers.
2. Right to Refuse Entry
* Point Cook Islamic Community (PCIC) reserves the absolute right to refuse or deny entry to any individual, or remove any attendee from the event, at its sole discretion and without providing any reason or explanation. Any such decision shall be final.
3. Accurate Booking Information
* All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate and truthful.
* If any information supplied is found to be false, misleading, incomplete or incorrect, Point Cook Islamic Community reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice, refuse entry, or take any other action it deems appropriate.
* Please ensure all booking details are accurate before completing your registration.
4. Changes to the Event
* The organisers reserve the right to amend the event schedule, speakers, venue or program where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Photography & Media
* Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event for promotional and community purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you advise the organisers otherwise prior to the event.
6. Code of Conduct
* Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards speakers, volunteers and fellow attendees. Any disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
7. Liability
* Attendees participate at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Point Cook Islamic Community accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or theft arising from attendance at the event.
8. Acceptance of Terms
* By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
