General
1.Tickets are required for all audience members except participants.
2.Children under 2 years may attend free of charge, however no separate seat will be provided.
3.Children under 2 must remain seated on the lap of a parent or guardian throughout the performance.
4.There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased in one transaction.

Participants
1.Participants do not require a ticket.
2.All participants will remain backstage until the completion of their allocated show.
3.Live performances will be streamed backstage via TV screens for participants.
4.Subject to the event schedule running on time, selected teams may be invited to join the audience after their performance to enjoy the remainder of the show.

Important Information
1.Please ensure you purchase tickets for the correct show before completing your booking.
2.If members of the same family are performing in different shows, you only need to purchase tickets for one show. Complimentary tickets for the other show will be provided. Please contact G S HEER BHANGRA ACADEMY after booking so your seats can be reserved.
3. If both an adult participant and a child participant from the same family are performing in the same show, complimentary audience seats will be arranged so you can watch your child's performance. Please contact us after booking.

Refund & Exchange Policy

1.All ticket sales are final.
2. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be provided
