Ticket Redemption Policy

Every ticket is fully redeemable against wine purchases — the tasting's on us.

The full value of your ticket (Early Bird $15 / General Admission $20) is redeemable in store against any wine purchase made on Saturday 8 August 2026 only.

Ticket credit is applied per booking and must be redeemed in one single transaction on the night. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be carried over.

A maximum of two ticket credits may be applied per transaction.

Ticket credit is not redeemable for cash, and no change will be given.

Ticket credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion — except where stated below.

Ticket credit is non-transferable — it must be redeemed by the ticket holder named on the booking.

Fell in love with a pour on the night? All wines featured in the tasting enjoy an extra 10% off on the evening — our way of helping you take the discovery home.

Wine purchased using ticket credit is not eligible for return or exchange once the transaction is completed.
