This event is a collaborative initiative hosted by Yarra Ranges Council, Anchor Community Care, Stable One and Holy Fools.

Bookings are being managed through the Stable One TryBooking account for administrative purposes only. Stable One is acting as the booking administrator on behalf of the event partners and is not the sole organiser of this event.

All event decisions, including programming, venue arrangements and event management, are the shared responsibility of the host organisations. Any funds raised from this event will be distributed equally to Anchor Community Care, Holy Fools and Stable One in accordance with the event's stated fundraising purpose.

The host organisations reserve the right to make changes to the event program, speakers or schedule if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
