* Your booking is for the full 4-week program and is non-transferable.
* If you need to cancel, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before the program starts. We will do our best to fill your spot and, if successful, will refund your booking.
* Missed sessions are non-refundable and make-up lessons cannot be guaranteed.
* If XL Surf Academy deems conditions unsafe, the lesson will be rescheduled. Rain alone will not usually result in cancellation.
* All participants must complete XL Surf Academy’s waiver before their first lesson.
* Surfing is an adventure activity with inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cease participation if we believe it is unsafe to continue.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
