Terms and Conditions  −  Heyday Events Stall Bookings

Stallholder Terms & Conditions
For information about this event, please contact the Event Organiser.
By submitting a stall booking, you agree to receive event-related information and updates by email from the Event Organiser.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any stall booking and issue a refund where the goods or services offered are considered unsuitable or do not meet the criteria of the event.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or require the removal of, any stallholder whose behaviour, products, display, or conduct is considered unsafe, offensive, misleading, disruptive, or detrimental to the reputation or operation of the event. Failure to comply with reasonable directions from the Event Organiser or event staff may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility to participate in future events.
The sale or display of illegal items, counterfeit goods, weapons, offensive material, or Nazi memorabilia is strictly prohibited. Any stallholder found displaying or selling prohibited items may be asked to leave the event without refund.
Stallholders must ensure that all goods offered for sale comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
Original, reproduction, replica and restored items are welcome; however, reproduction, replica and restored items must be clearly identified as such. Any item intentionally misrepresented as original or authentic may be removed from sale, and the stallholder may be asked to leave the event without refund.
Stall bookings are not transferable without the prior written approval of the Event Organiser. Subletting, sharing, or assigning a stall to another person or business without approval is not permitted.
The Event Organiser aims to maintain a balanced and diverse range of exhibitors. Acceptance of a booking for one event does not guarantee acceptance at future events. Stall allocations and bookings remain at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser.
Stall sites must be occupied for the duration of the advertised trading hours unless prior approval has been obtained from the Event Organiser. Early pack-up is not permitted except in exceptional circumstances approved by the Event Organiser and may affect future booking applications.
Stallholders are responsible for the security of their own stock, equipment and personal belongings. While reasonable care will be taken, the Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage.
Stallholders are responsible for maintaining a safe, tidy and professional display and for leaving their site clean and free of rubbish at the conclusion of the event.
The Event Organiser accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage or claim arising from a stallholder's participation in the event, except where required by law.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund less a $20 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 7 days of the event, including cancellations due to change of circumstances, or failure to attend.
If the Event Organiser cancels the event, stallholders will receive a full refund or, where offered, may transfer their booking to a rescheduled event.
The Event Organiser will not be liable for any delay, cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the event resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, severe weather, fire, flood, natural disasters, power outages, venue closures, industrial disputes, public health emergencies, government directions, or any other unforeseen event that prevents the event from proceeding as planned.
If the event is cancelled or postponed due to a force majeure event, the Event Organiser may, at its discretion:
transfer the stall booking to a rescheduled date;
provide a full or partial refund; or
issue a credit towards a future event.
The Event Organiser will make every reasonable effort to communicate any changes as soon as practicable.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to stallholders prior to the event.
