Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a JQMV membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

☐ I agree to abide by all Junior Quarter Midgets Victoria (JQMV) policies, procedures, rules and guidelines as published on the JQMV website, including the Media Policy and Child Safe Policy, and understand these may be updated from time to time.

☐ I agree to abide by the JQMV Constitution, Rules and any directions issued by the Club Committee.

☐ I acknowledge that Speedway Australia licensing is separate from JQMV membership and that it is my responsibility to ensure all required licences and approvals are current before participating in racing activities.

☐ I acknowledge and consent to JQMV collecting, capturing, storing and using photographs, videos and other media featuring myself and/or my child in accordance with the JQMV Media Policy. This may include use for club promotion, social media, website, newsletters, sponsor recognition, historical records, presentation events and other approved promotional purposes.

☐ I acknowledge and support JQMV’s commitment to providing a safe, respectful and child-safe environment and agree to comply with all requirements outlined in the JQMV Child Safe Policy.

☐ I acknowledge that motorsport involves inherent risks and agree to participate in JQMV activities while complying with all safety requirements, regulations and instructions from officials.

☐ I confirm that all information provided in this membership application is true, accurate and complete.

☐ I understand that membership fees are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise approved by the JQMV Committee.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
