Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a JQMV membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

☐ To abide by the JQMV Constitution, Rules, procedures and guidelines, and any directions issued by the JQMV Committee.

☐ JQMV policies, including the Member Protection & Safeguarding Policy and Child Safe Policy, will be provided separately once finalised. Members are required to review and comply with these policies.

☐ The JQMV Media Policy and Code of Conduct will be provided separately. These documents must be reviewed, agreed to, signed and returned prior to being issued a log book.

☐ Speedway Australia licensing is separate from JQMV membership. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure all required licences and approvals are current before participating in racing activities.

☐ Respectful behaviour, sportsmanship and appropriate conduct is expected from all members, drivers, parents, guardians, officials and supporters.

☐ JQMV is committed to providing a safe, respectful and child-safe environment, and all members are expected to comply with relevant requirements.

☐ Motorsport involves inherent risks. Members must comply with all safety requirements, regulations and instructions from officials when participating in JQMV activities.

☐ All information provided in this membership application is true, accurate and complete.

☐ Membership fees are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise approved by the JQMV Committee.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
