Disclaimer:
• No video/photos to be taken during the event for privacy reasons.
• Glow-sticks will need to be used as glow sticks. Parents will be responsible for misuse of the glow sticks (eg chewing, throwing) please do not purchase if your child may misuse such an item.
• No mobile device/watches etc that has cellular connection to be brought to the venue by attending children.
• Please note that the disco will include flashing lights, a darkened room, and loud music. If your child has sensory sensitivities or may be affected by these, please let us know during registration. • A quiet area will be available in Classrooms 3A/3B, supervised by parent volunteers, where children can take a break at any time during their session before returning to the disco if they wish.
• For safety reasons, parents/children are not to enter other areas of the school grounds including but not limited to garden, classrooms and playground.
• There will be limited parking and congestion will be expected. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive and pick-up.
• Children are not allowed to bring their own glow sticks/glowing item. Please pre-purchase should you wish your child to use during the event. There will be no sales on during the event, pre-purchase only.
• Children must dress appropriately as it is a school event. Children are welcome to come to school in white to enhance the glow light experience, glow in the dark face paint/hairspray/temporary tattoo already applied at home. For safety and cleanliness reasons, we kindly ask that these items are not brought to school.
• Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian until they are signed in for their allocated session and must be collected promptly at the end of the session. Note: supervision is by our parent volunteers not school staff.
• Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact details and advise the volunteers via the ticket booking form of any medical conditions, allergies, sensory sensitivities, or additional support needs during registration.
• While every effort will be made to provide a safe and enjoyable event, attendance is at the parent/guardian's own discretion.
• By purchasing a ticket, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the event conditions and agree to follow all instructions provided by volunteers.
• If your child has brought a ticket and cannot attend the event, please notify the school in writing as soon as possible.
• Children to only bring water to the hall. No food/other drinks permitted.
• The school disclaims any liability for damages or injuries that may occur.
• Due to hall capacity, there will be limited numbers of tickets.
. Optional items/supports are brought/purchased at the risk of the child/parents, and that Watashi Mo and the school will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.
