* I consent to been photographed during the class and images used for advertising in the local paper, which will include my name.
* I also consent to my image to be used on the RiverArts Facebook page, always keeping my name confidential.

Dietary (Please email RiverArts if you would like to discuss further)
* I have NO dietary requirements.
* I will inform RiverArts before the event if I have any dietary requirement!

Cancellation
Refund will be given 5 days before the workshop, less than 5 days 50% will be refunded due to covering costs on the day.

Emergency
In the event of a health emergency an ambulance will be called to attend your needs.

Student Behaviour
I understand that in the event of myself or my son/daughter posing a distraction to others in the class during the course a break will be suggested.
