Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand things come up.

As this is a small group experience with limited places, cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) before the event are eligible for a full refund.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non refundable, as your place has been reserved specifically for you and it is often difficult to fill at short notice.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member by notifying us before the event.
