• Please check the Ball schedule before selecting your departure time, as some activities may occur while your ride is taking place.

• Please arrive at the carriage departure point at least 5 minutes before your booked departure.

• Late arrivals may miss their allocated ride.

• Rides operate in most weather conditions. In the unlikely event we are unable to operate due to unsafe weather or horse welfare considerations, guests will receive a full refund.

• Suitable enclosed footwear is recommended when boarding and disembarking the carriage.
