Terms and Conditions: (Applies to Club Coaching & Private Coaching Sessions)
1.This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission. All required information upon ticket purchase will be filled out correctly and truthfully. Ticket buyers consent to agreeing with all of 646Coachings policies, terms and conditions. 2.Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry. 3.Refunds are available only with notification prior to 3pm on club coaching session days / 12hrs before private coaching sessions and at the discretion of the Event Organiser.4.If you do not attend your session or notify 646coaching past the notification cutoff times, you will be charged your full ticket amount and no refunds or transfers will be issued. 5.If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all bookings will be moved to next weeks sessions. Refunds are available upon request if the session is cancelled. (This does not apply to private coaching sessions as payment isn't taken until after the session) 6.Latecomers may be invited to participate if there is space available in the current session. A $5 late fee will be applied to your ticket total. If there is no space available in the session, you will not be able to participate.7.All bookings for club coaching MUST be completed through TryBooking. If you contact 646Coaching to book into any club coaching session, you will be charged a $5 processing fee to your ticket total.8.646Coaching reserves the right to deny participation if any outstanding invoices haven't been paid and you book into additional sessions. If you do book into any sessions with outstanding invoice payments due, you accept, you may be denied participation to the session booking, you are not eligible for a ticket refund or transfer and 646Coaching may deny more participation in sessions until such time the outstanding invoice is paid in full. 9.Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.10.This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.11.As the Event Organiser hosting this event, (646Coaching) is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Dane on 646coaching@gmail.com12.The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.13.Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises, and will not be eligible for a refund. 14.The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.15.Ticket buyers reserve the right to deny any filming of their participants for social media purposes. Ticket buyers also have the right to deny publication of said media on 646Coaching media channels. Contact must be made in writing to 646coaching@gmail.com.16.Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with Australian laws. 17.You consent to receiving marketing material from 646Coaching via email when purchasing tickets via TryBooking. Private Coaching Additional Terms:
19.Bookings for private coaching through TryBooking is strictly for securing timeslots. No payments will be collected at booking-Payment will be through invoices sent after the session. 20.Ticket buyers accept that additional costs may be incurred in addition to their private coaching session costs. 21. a consent form must be filled, signed and returned to 646Coaching before the end of your first.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
