No refunds on ticket sales. But if you are unable to make a workshop, please contact the organiser at least a week before. Your payment in this instance can be used against a future workshop or art groups, if used within a 12 month period. If you cancel workshop attendance within 6 days of the event, you will forfeit the ticket price.
