Cancellations and refunds

We understand that plans can change.
- 15 days or more before the event: You may request a full refund.
- 14 days or less before the event: Tickets are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
- If Craft + Design Canberra cancels the event: Ticket holders will be offered a full refund.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Ticket transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact Craft + Design Canberra before the event where possible so we can update the attendee details.

Accessibility
Access services will vary between venues and events. We recommend you read the venue access information for each venue and contact each venue before booking tickets to ensure access needs can be met.
If you have access requirements or would like to discuss whether a particular location will be suitable for you, please contact Craft + Design Canberra before the event. We will do our best to provide relevant information and support your visit.

Changes to the program
Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may require us to change an event's location, timing or other details. Where significant changes occur, Craft + Design Canberra will contact affected ticket holders as soon as possible.
