Career Conversations: 56 Pathways Webinar Series

These Webinar Registration Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to registration and participation in the “Career Conversations: 56 Pathways” webinar series (“Webinar Series”) hosted by The Rise - Dental Co. (“The Rise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through www.therisedentalco.com (“Website”).
By registering for any webinar within the Webinar Series, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Webinar Registration
1.1 Registration is required to attend any webinar within the Career Conversations: 56 Pathways Webinar Series.
1.2 By submitting a registration form, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current.
1.3 Registration may be subject to availability, and The Rise - Dental Co. reserves the right to accept or decline registrations at its discretion.
1.4 Each registration is intended for the individual named on the registration form and should not be transferred, shared, or distributed without prior approval from The Rise - Dental Co.

5.2 Speaker participation, topics, and schedules may change without notice.
5.3 The Rise - Dental Co. does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of information provided by guest speakers.
6. Attendance and Participation
6.1 Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during webinars.
6.2 The Rise - Dental Co. reserves the right to remove participants from a webinar where behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with a respectful learning environment.
6.3 Participants must not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit webinar content, presentations, discussions, recordings, or materials without prior written permission from The Rise - Dental Co.
7. Webinar Recordings and Content Use
7.1 Webinars may be recorded by The Rise - Dental Co. for educational, promotional, and future reference purposes.
7.2 By registering for and attending a webinar, you acknowledge that recordings may capture your name, comments, questions, or participation where applicable.
7.3 The Rise - Dental Co. may use webinar recordings, excerpts, images, transcripts, or related materials for future educational, promotional, marketing, and communications purposes.
7.4 If you do not wish to appear in recordings or have your participation captured, please notify The Rise - Dental Co. prior to the webinar.
8. Changes, Cancellation, or Rescheduling

8.2 Where reasonably possible, registered participants will be notified of significant changes using the contact details provided during registration.
8.3 The Rise - Dental Co. is not responsible for any costs, losses, or inconvenience arising from changes, cancellations, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. Technical Requirements
9.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate internet access, compatible devices, and any required software or platforms necessary to attend the webinar.
9.2 The Rise - Dental Co. is not responsible for technical issues experienced by participants due to their own equipment, internet connection, or software limitations.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All webinar materials, including presentations, graphics, resources, recordings, branding, and written content provided by The Rise - Dental Co. remain the intellectual property of The Rise - Dental Co. or its respective owners.
10.2 Materials may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the extent permitted by law, The Rise - Dental Co. makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of webinar content.
11.2 To the extent permitted by law, The Rise - Dental Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in, reliance on, or inability to access any webinar.
