Full payment is required upon registration. Event participation is only for paid registrants.

Notice of cancellation must be submitted via email to dme@wh.org.au. Notifications made more than 7 days prior to scheduled event date are entitled to a full fee refund. Fees paid are otherwise not refundable.

Western Health (WH) reserves the right to cancel or modify events at any time. In the event of cancellation by WH, all fees will be refunded.

Privacy Statement
WH is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of your submitted personal information. The personal information you provide will be used by WH to:
• Process your registration, which may include updating your record and profile information
• Contact you in the event of cancellation or modification of event
• Conduct analysis or market research to identify the ongoing needs of registrants
• Provide you with access to information about future courses events conducted by WH

WH may disclose your information to external providers contracted for services such as printing and mailing, only for the purposes outlined above. You have a right to access information provided to WH, subject to the exceptions in the Privacy Act 1988. Please contact WH to do so.

Participants’ Responsibilities
• Please bring proof of identity matching registration details
• Participants are responsible for own transport and parking
• WH will not be liable for loss / damage of personal property or infringement fines (eg parking) incurred
• Participants must agree to abide by all WH Policies and Safety Guidelines provided.

Media Release Authority
During your participation in WH events, photographs may be taken. WH may use photographs for educational, administrative or promotional purposes.
