Daylesford Collectables Fair – Admission Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Ticket Validity
General Admission tickets are valid only for the date(s) specified on the ticket.
Saturday General Admission tickets are valid from the advertised general opening time and do not include Early Bird entry.
Weekend Passes and Early Bird tickets are sold separately.
Entry
A valid ticket must be presented upon entry.
Tickets may be printed or displayed on a mobile device.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Venue Access
General Admission provides access to all participating Daylesford Collectables Fair venues during standard public opening hours on the valid ticket day.
Entry is subject to venue capacity and any directions provided by event staff.
Group Tickets
Group Admission tickets are available for groups of eight (8) or more people and are valid only for Saturday General Admission.
Group tickets do not include Early Bird entry or Sunday admission unless otherwise specified.
Refunds and Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Tickets are not transferable to another event without the prior approval of the Event Organiser.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer in accordance with the organiser's policy.
Event Changes
The Event Organiser reserves the right to alter event times, venue layouts, exhibitors, attractions or programming without prior notice where necessary.
Conduct
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, offensive, disruptive or likely to negatively impact other patrons or exhibitors.
Illegal items, weapons, dangerous goods and prohibited substances are not permitted.
Photography
Photography and filming may occur during the event. By entering the venue, you consent to your image being captured and used by the Event Organiser for promotional purposes unless you advise event staff otherwise.
Liability
Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
The Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Privacy
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive important event information relating to your booking.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and will not be sold to third parties.
Acceptance
Purchase and use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
