Cancellation and Refund Policy -

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@kimberleyspecialevents.com, please reference your booking name and event name. If you wish to cancel your booking and request a refund, you must do so in writing. All refund requests are subject to confirmation by the Event Organisers.

Refund Eligibility -

a. Cancellation Within 5 Working Days from the Event:
If your cancellation notice is received within 5 working days before the event, the Event Organisers will consider providing a full or partial refund. Please be aware that certain event-related expenses, such as venue bookings, food, and beverage arrangements, may have been finalised and are nonrefundable to the Event. This will be taken into account when processing your refund.

b. Cancellation Less Than 5 Working Days from the Event:
If you cancel your booking within less than 5 working days from the event date, no refunds will be granted. Please understand that within this 5 working day period, we are unable to consider work commitments or personal circumstances as valid reasons for refunds or event rescheduling.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
