Neuro Flourish – Workshop Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment

Registrations are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your registration at any time; however, a portion of the fee will be retained depending on how close to the workshop the cancellation occurs, or whether your place can be filled.

No refunds are available once the workshop has commenced.

Cancellation Timing Refund Policy
More than 60 days before event 100 % refund
15–59 days before event 50 % refund (100 % if your place is filled)
14 days or less before event 0 % refund (95 % if your place is filled)

If Neuro Flourish must cancel or postpone an event (e.g., facilitator illness or low enrolment), you may transfer to a new date or receive a full refund.

We are not responsible for any personal expenses incurred (such as travel, accommodation, or lost income) due to cancellation or rescheduling.

Workshop Fees

Your registration fee includes the live training session, digital handouts, and a certificate of attendance (where applicable).

Participants are responsible for their own internet access, device setup, and any associated costs.

Fees do not include insurance, printing, or additional materials unless stated otherwise.

Online Events and Access

Neuro Flourish uses secure third-party platforms such as Zoom to host online events.

By registering, you agree to follow the relevant platform’s terms and conditions.

Joining links will be emailed prior to the event; participants are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access and technical setup.

Sessions may be recorded for internal quality or participant access (this will be announced at the start of the event).

Any links or materials shared by presenters or participants are accessed at your own risk.

Participant Responsibility

By attending, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own wellbeing during the event.
You release Neuro Flourish, its presenters, and collaborators from any liability arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

Neuro Flourish aims to provide a safe, inclusive, and professional learning experience.
We accept no responsibility for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property arising during participation.
In no case shall Neuro Flourish be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, including slides, notes, templates, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of Neuro Flourish.
Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.
Short excerpts may be quoted with written permission and full attribution.

Photography and Recording

We may capture screenshots, photos, or short video clips for promotional or educational purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please advise us via email prior to the workshop at team@neuroflourish.com.au

Agreement

By submitting your booking or payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
The person completing the booking form does so on behalf of all participants included in that booking.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
