ADHD Done Differently™
Training Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations for the ADHD Done Differently™ training delivered by Neuro Flourish Pty Ltd ("Neuro Flourish", "we", "our", "us"). By registering for this training, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration
Registration is confirmed once payment has been received in full (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Neuro Flourish reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where necessary.
2. Payment
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice or registration page.
Participants may be denied access to the training if payment has not been received.
3. Cancellation by Participants
If you are unable to attend, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 30 days before the training: Full refund less a $50 administration fee.
14–30 days before the training: 50% refund.
Less than 14 days before the training: No refund
Substitute attendees may attend in your place at no additional cost if Neuro Flourish is notified at least 48 hours before the training.
4. Cancellation or Postponement by Neuro Flourish
Neuro Flourish reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule training due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to facilitator illness, insufficient registrations, venue issues or events beyond our reasonable control.
If this occurs, participants will be offered either:
A full refund; or
Transfer to a future training date.
Neuro Flourish is not responsible for travel, accommodation, loss of income or any other consequential expenses incurred by participants.
5. Attendance and Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards presenters, staff and fellow attendees.
Neuro Flourish reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate.
No refund will be provided where a participant is removed due to inappropriate behaviour.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, slides, workbooks, manuals, handouts, videos, graphics, activities, assessments and resources remain the intellectual property of Neuro Flourish Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Participation in the training does not transfer any intellectual property rights to participants.
7. Use of Training Materials
Participation in the ADHD Done Differently™ training does not grant participants ownership of, or any licence to reproduce, adapt, commercialise or distribute the training content.
Unless prior written permission has been obtained from Neuro Flourish Pty Ltd, participants must not:
Reproduce, copy or distribute training materials in any format.
Share electronic or printed copies of manuals, workbooks, slides or resources with individuals who have not attended the training.
Upload training materials to websites, cloud storage services or online learning platforms accessible by others.
Adapt, modify or incorporate substantial parts of the training materials into their own workshops, webinars, presentations, courses or educational products.
Sell, licence or commercially exploit any part of the training materials.
Remove copyright notices, branding or acknowledgements from any materials.
Represent themselves as being endorsed, accredited or certified by Neuro Flourish to deliver ADHD Done Differently™ training unless they have entered into a separate written licensing or certification agreement.
Participants are encouraged to apply the knowledge and principles learned within their own professional practice. However, the educational framework, resources and training materials remain the intellectual property of Neuro Flourish Pty Ltd.
8. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
To protect the intellectual property of Neuro Flourish and the integrity of the ADHD Done Differently™ program, participants agree that they will not, without prior written permission from Neuro Flourish:
Upload training slides, manuals, workbooks, handouts, videos, recordings or substantial portions of the training materials into generative artificial intelligence (AI) platforms or large language models.
Use AI tools to recreate, reproduce or generate substantially similar training materials, presentations, courses or educational resources based on the ADHD Done Differently™ program.
Use AI-generated outputs derived from Neuro Flourish training materials for commercial purposes or redistribution.
Participants may use AI as a personal productivity tool to organise their own notes or assist with their own learning, provided they do not upload substantial copyrighted training materials or confidential information and do not create competing or derivative training materials.
Nothing in this clause prevents participants from applying the knowledge, principles and skills learned during the training within their own professional practice.
9. Recording
Photography, audio recording and video recording of the training are not permitted without prior written permission from Neuro Flourish.
Where Neuro Flourish records training sessions for educational or quality assurance purposes, participants will be informed in advance.
10. Certificates
Certificates of attendance will be issued only to participants who attend the required proportion of the training.
Where Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours are advertised, participants remain responsible for ensuring the training satisfies the requirements of their own professional association or registration body.
Completion of this training does not entitle participants to describe themselves as "ADHD Done Differently™ Certified" unless they have completed a separate certification process approved by Neuro Flourish.
11. Educational Purpose
The ADHD Done Differently™ training is provided for educational and professional development purposes only.
The training is not intended to replace professional judgement, clinical supervision, legal advice or individual clinical decision-making.
Participants remain responsible for ensuring that any strategies implemented are appropriate for their clients, workplace and professional scope of practice.
12. Clinical Information and Confidentiality
Case examples presented during the training have been de-identified or adapted to protect privacy.
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any case discussions or information shared by presenters or fellow participants during the training.
13. Disclaimer
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information presented, research and best practice continue to evolve.
Neuro Flourish does not guarantee particular clinical, educational or business outcomes from participation in the training.
Information presented should not be relied upon as legal, medical or individual clinical advice.
14. Accessibility
Neuro Flourish is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible learning environment.
Participants requiring reasonable adjustments are encouraged to contact Neuro Flourish prior to the training so that suitable arrangements can be discussed where reasonably practicable.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable Australian privacy laws.
Information may be used for:
Processing registrations;
Communicating about the training;
Issuing certificates;
Providing training resources;
Evaluating training quality; and
Informing participants about future Neuro Flourish educational opportunities.
Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuro Flourish Pty Ltd excludes liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the training.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
17. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any consumer guarantees or statutory rights available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable legislation.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
