Express Mini Portrait Sessions – Terms & Conditions

By booking an Express Mini Portrait Session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise approved.
Session Details
Each Express Mini session is approximately 15 minutes in duration.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session time to ensure your session starts on time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and if you arrive too late to be photographed, your booking may be forfeited without refund.
Image Selection
Your session includes two professionally edited high-resolution digital images.
Following your session, you will receive a private online gallery of the best images captured.
You may select your favourite included images from the gallery.
Additional digital images and image packages will be available for purchase after viewing your gallery.
Gallery Delivery
Galleries are typically delivered within 7 business days of your session.
Once you have selected your included image, final edits will be completed before delivery.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 48 hours' notice where possible.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Image Style
Images will be edited in the photographer's signature style, including professional colour correction and standard skin retouching.
Extensive retouching requests (such as body reshaping, clothing alterations, or detailed cosmetic edits) are not included but may be available for an additional fee.
Usage
Your included and purchased images may be used for personal and professional branding purposes, including websites, social media, marketing materials, business cards, and property advertising.
Images must not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission from the photographer.
Photographer's Portfolio
Unless requested otherwise in writing prior to your session, the photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, award submissions, and promotional purposes.
If you would prefer your images remain private, simply let us know before your session.
Liability
While every reasonable care is taken with your images, the photographer's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, or circumstances beyond their control.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
