By purchasing a ticket to the Melbourne Cup Luncheon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All ticket sales are final.
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify the event organiser of the name change prior to the event where possible.
Refunds will not be issued within 14 days of the event, including in the case of a change of mind or inability to attend.
Requests for refunds made more than 14 days before the event will be considered at the organiser's discretion.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available options.
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue or inclusions if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
