WSLA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration where necessary.

1A. Membership Registration

Where you register using a WSLA Member Ticket, you confirm that you are, or wish to become, a member of the Western Suburbs Law Association (WSLA).

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Refunds may be granted at WSLA's discretion, having regard to venue and catering commitments.

If a substitute attendee is available, registrations may be transferred with prior approval.

Photography and/or videography may be undertaken during the event.

By attending, you consent to your image, likeness and voice being captured and used by WSLA for promotional, educational and marketing purposes, including publication on WSLA's website, newsletters, social media platforms and other promotional materials, without further notice or compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of the WSLA committee upon arrival. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request, WSLA cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in photographs or recordings.

5. Sharing of Attendee Information

By registering for this event, you consent to WSLA providing your name, organisation, position and contact details to the event sponsors and presenters for purposes reasonably connected with the event, including follow-up communications, professional networking and the provision of relevant information regarding their services and future educational opportunities.

Your personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Privacy
