Every attendee will complete a short questionnaire upon booking so the sleep session can be tailored to your little ones age and the sleep challenges your experiencing.
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Event cancellation by the host
The event host reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, venue issues, low attendance, or any other reason deemed necessary.
If the event is cancelled by the host, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
Attendee cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend the event, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
Any refund requested within 24 hours of the event will be considered at the sole discretion of the event hosts, and a partial refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account.
Changes to the event
The host reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, activities, venue, or other event details where necessary. Such changes do not automatically entitle attendees to a refund.
Liability
The host is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred as a result of attending the event, except where required by law.
