SimShakti Yoga – Terms & Conditions
By booking and participating in a yoga class at SimShakti Yoga, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation & Health
Yoga involves physical movement and carries inherent risks, including muscle strain, injury, dizziness or other physical discomfort. You voluntarily participate and accept responsibility for practising within your own physical limits.
You agree to inform your teacher before class of any injury, illness, medical condition, pregnancy, medication, or other circumstance that may affect your ability to safely participate.
You are responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing during class. Please stop and notify the teacher if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort or feel unwell.
Personal Responsibility & Safety
You agree to follow reasonable instructions given by the teacher and to use equipment and the studio space appropriately. Please advise the teacher if you are unsure how to perform an exercise or use equipment safely.
To the extent permitted by law, SimShakti Yoga and its teachers are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in classes, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions stated at the time of booking. If SimShakti Yoga needs to cancel or substantially change a class, participants will be notified and any applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be provided in accordance with the booking terms and Australian Consumer Law.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and voluntarily participate in the class.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
