SLEIGH THE NIGHT — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Tickets
Tickets are valid only for Christmas at The Gardens on Saturday 12 December 2026. Tickets must be presented for entry and may not be resold for more than their original purchase price.
2. Refunds and transfers
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, illness, failure to attend or a change in personal circumstances, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact The Gardens before the event to update the attendee’s details.
If the event is cancelled or significantly changed, customers will be offered the remedies required under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Ticket inclusions
Each ticket includes entry to the event, one welcome drink, roaming canapés and live entertainment. Additional beverages may be purchased from the bar.
The menu, event schedule and minor event details may change where reasonably necessary.
4. Dietary requirements
Dietary requirements must be provided when booking or no later than seven days before the event. While reasonable care will be taken, our kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
5. Alcohol and conduct
Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years or over. Valid photo identification may be requested.
Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements apply. The Gardens reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who is intoxicated, abusive, disruptive or behaving unsafely. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
No BYO alcohol, outside beverages or outside food are permitted.
6. Event times
Doors open at 6pm. Last drinks will be called at 11:30pm and the event will conclude at midnight.
7. Personal belongings and damage
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Gardens is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Guests may be held responsible for damage they deliberately or negligently cause to the venue, equipment or property.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
