By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

* Tickets are limited to a maximum of **two tickets per family** to ensure fair access for all families.

* If additional tickets become available, they will be released through TryBooking a few days before the event. Additional tickets cannot be guaranteed.

* Student performers do not require a ticket.

* Ticket prices include a **free downloadable copy of the concert videography**, which will be made available after the event. Details on how to access the recording will be provided to families following the concert.

* Seating is ticketed and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Seating views may vary depending on the angle and position within the venue, and some seats may offer a better view of the stage than others. Specific seats or viewing positions cannot be guaranteed.

* Seats cannot be reserved or held for guests who have not yet arrived.

* Parents and guests requiring wheelchair access dallas@sirius.vic.edu.au before the event so appropriate arrangements can be made.

* All guests must present a valid TryBooking ticket upon entry. Tickets may be presented electronically or printed.

* Guests are encouraged to arrive early. Late arrivals may be asked to wait for an appropriate break in the program before entering the theatre.

* Parents and guests are expected to remain until the end of the concert to minimise disruption to the performers and audience.Every child will participate in the finale performance at the end of the show. Therefore, students cannot be collected before the concert concludes.

* Students must be collected from the **designated parent pick-up point** after the concert. Parents must not enter backstage areas, classrooms or student waiting areas to collect their child.

* Students will only be released according to the school’s authorised collection procedures.

* Children attending as audience members must remain under the supervision of their parent or guardian at all times.

* Aisles, walkways and emergency exits must remain clear. Prams and other large items must be stored in the area directed by staff.

* Mobile phones must be switched to silent. Any photography or video recording must comply with the school’s privacy and child-safety requirements.

* If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel or return your tickets so they may be offered to another family.

* Event arrangements may be changed if required due to safety, operational needs or unforeseen circumstances. Any important updates will be communicated to families.
