By attending any Soulful Sundays session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photography & Media Use
You understand that photos and/or video footage may be taken during the session for promotional and advertising purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, use on social media, our website, or in local publications. You grant permission for Miss Meraki and Paige to use any images or footage captured of you for these purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know on the day of the event.

Health, Safety & Food Allergies
Participation in Soulful Sundays sessions is at your own risk. While we take great care in creating a safe and nurturing environment, Miss Meraki, Paige, and the hosting studio are not liable for any injuries sustained during the session.

Please notify us in advance of any food allergies or dietary requirements. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, we may not be able to cater to all dietary restrictions, and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Use of Essential Oils & Reiki
Please be aware that essential oils and diffusers may be used throughout the session.
Reiki may be offered by qualified practitioner Paige as part of the experience. Reiki is a gentle, complementary therapy that can support relaxation and overall well-being. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, and no specific outcomes or cures are guaranteed. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider.
Reiki can be hands-on or hands-off—please inform us of your preference. Parental consent is required for Reiki sessions involving children.

Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are final. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. We may be able to offer a credit if you provide more than 3 days' notice before the session date. Alternatively, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
