1. Tickets & Seating
Tickets are sold individually, and guests may purchase as many tickets as they wish. All seating for the event is arranged on tables of 10 guests. St George Sailing Club will contact ticket holders prior to the event to confirm group numbers and who they would like to be seated with.

2. Shared Tables
Guests attending as part of the same group will be seated together. Where a group consists of fewer than 10 guests, the remaining seats at the table will be allocated to other event guests. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you may be seated at a shared table with guests outside of your group.

3. Dress Code
The dress code for this event is Cocktail Attire. Please come dressed in your race day best!

4. Live Race Coverage
The 2026 Melbourne Cup races will be shown live on big screens throughout the event.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within three weeks of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

6. Member Pricing
Tickets purchased at the Member price must be purchased by a current St George Sailing Club Member. Bookings made using Member pricing without a valid membership may be required to pay the difference between the Member and Non-Member ticket price.
