I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, encouraging and well-mannered manner throughout the Weekend Away. I will treat other participants, leaders, campsite staff and the facilities with respect, and seek to contribute positively to the camp community.

I understand that behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, discouraging, bullying, or otherwise inconsistent with the expectations of the Weekend Away may result in appropriate action being taken by the Leadership Team, including, where necessary, being asked to leave the camp.

I agree not to bring alcohol or drugs onto the campsite premises and to not drink in excess offsite.

In the event of an accident/illness, I authorise the Weekend Away leadership team to consent, where it is impractical to speak with me, to x-ray examination, anaesthetic, medical, surgical or hospital treatment as may be deemed necessary by a licensed physician and/or surgeon. I also authorise to engage such treatment and agree to pay the appropriate fees for such service and treatment.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
