Terms and Conditions  −  Policy Council 1 - SAYLM 2026/2027

By purchasing a ticket and registering for the Policy Council, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Information
For information about this event, please contact the "Event Organiser". All updates, scheduling changes, and venue details will be managed directly by the SAYLM Executive.

2. Communication and Privacy
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email, phone or SMS from the Event Organiser. Your contact details will be used strictly for event-related communications, updates, and administrative purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

3. Media Consent (Photography, Video, and Audio)
By attending this event, you grant the South Australian Young Liberal Movement the right and permission to capture your image, voice, and likeness through photography, video recordings, and audio recordings.

These materials may be used for promotional, historical, and archival purposes across various platforms, including social media, websites, and printed materials.

Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, an opt-out option is available upon request. Please contact the Event Organiser prior to the event or notify the registration desk upon your arrival so that accommodations can be made.

4. Confidentiality
The Policy Council involves the discussion of policy drafts. By attending, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters discussed, documents distributed, and presentations given during closed sessions.

Attendees are prohibited from sharing, broadcasting, or distributing confidential event materials or detailed accounts of the proceedings to external parties or public platforms (including social media) without explicit prior authorisation from the Event Organiser.

5. Conduct and Right of Refusal
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these Terms and Conditions, disrupts the proceedings, or breaches the confidentiality agreement, without a refund.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
