These terms and conditions apply to all Participants at the Event. Your attendance at the Event indicates your agreement to these Terms.

Each Participant shall:
(a) observe the rules, policies and procedures of the Event Venue including in relation to health and safety; and any reasonable instructions issued by the Atlantis Group and/or the management of the Event Venue including no alcohol is to be consumed by anyone under the age of 18.
(b) behave in a respectful, professional and appropriate way that does not breach the laws or regulations of their home country or that risks bringing the Event or the Atlantis Group into disrepute;
(c) You agree that your travel to and attendance at an Event is at your own risk and not the responsibility of the Atlantis Group.

Participant Obligations:
(a) The Atlantis Group reserves the right to refuse entry to any Participant at the Event or to remove any Participant from an Event without any liability for any reason and at its sole discretion.
(b) The Atlantis Group reserves the right to recover from you any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the Event Venue, or any other Participants as a result of your conduct at the Event or failure to comply with these Terms. In such circumstances, a Participant shall not be entitled to a refund of any Fees.
(c) If for any reason you are no longer working with The Atlantis Group by the date of the event you will no longer be authorised to attend.
(d) The Event Coordinators and The West Hotel take no responsibility for any dietary requirements not met if the participant does not extend information about their dietary requirements to the Event Coordinator before the set deadline. It is the Participants responsible to provide the Event Coordinator with this information on time.

Fees:
(a) This event is free of charge for all permanent staff.
(b) Casual staff will be required to pay $80 to attend this event.
(c) In the event of a no-show for any booking made (without prior notice given to the Event Coordinator), you will be charged a fee of $183 or in the case of a casual booking the additional $103. In booking a ticket, you authorize The Atlantis Group Accounts Department to deduct these charges from the next payment run.
