I understand that while all reasonable care and supervision will be taken, participation in the Kids’ Holiday Club program involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and indemnify Hunter Christian Church, its staff, leaders, and volunteers from any and all liability for accident, injury, loss, or damage to my child/children or their property arising from participation in this program.
In the event of accident, illness, or medical emergency involving my child/children, I authorise the program staff and volunteers to: provide appropriate first aid, and
obtain and consent to medical, hospital, dental, or ambulance treatment as may be considered necessary by a qualified health professional.

I accept responsibility for and agree to pay all medical, ambulance, hospital, and related costs incurred on behalf of my child/children.

I confirm that I have disclosed to program staff all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or special needs of my child/children.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to the above terms and conditions, and to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
