Except as required under Australian Consumer Law, all tickets are non-refundable. Each ticket is valid for one admission only for the selected screening.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event-related communications from Cinemachi. You may also receive promotional communications from Cinemachi and its partners, which you can opt out of at any time.

All persons are required to comply with any and all Venue rules and directions. The Venue Provider reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who fails to comply with Venue rules and/or directions.

Ticket purchasers will not be entitled to a refund should the ticket purchaser and/or person(s) for which a ticket was purchased be refused entry or removed by the Venue Provider, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from:

Venue facilities or conditions;

acts or omissions of the Venue Provider; or

your breach of these Terms or Venue rules and/or directions.

Cinemachi will provide further instructions to Meet & Greet ticket purchasers prior to the event.

Meet & Greet attendees must arrive at the designated time. Failure to attend on time may result in forfeiture of the experience without refund.

Meet & Greet times are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

Meet & Greet attendees must comply with all instructions from Cinemachi and the Venue Provider. Cinemachi and the Venue Provider reserve the right to refuse access to or remove any Meet & Greet attendee who breaches these Terms or Venue rules, fails to follow directions or engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Meet & Greet ticket purchasers will not be entitled to a refund should the Meet & Greet ticket purchaser and/or person(s) for which a Meet & Greet ticket was purchased be refused access or removed by Cinemachi the Venue Provider.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
