SimShakti Moon Circle – Terms & Conditions

By booking and participating in the SimShakti Moon Circle, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Participation

The Moon Circle is a spiritual and wellbeing experience incorporating meditation, visualisation, journalling, intention setting, ceremony, sound healing and other holistic practices. Participation is voluntary, and you are welcome to participate at a level that feels comfortable for you.

2. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing throughout the event. Please advise the facilitator before the circle of any injuries, physical limitations, allergies, sensitivities or other circumstances that may affect your participation.

You are encouraged to listen to your body and may choose to rest, modify or discontinue any activity at any time.

3. Emotional & Spiritual Experiences

Meditation, breathwork, sound healing, ceremony and spiritual practices may bring up strong emotions, memories or personal experiences. These experiences are a natural possibility but cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

The Moon Circle is intended for spiritual and personal development and is not a substitute for medical, psychological or mental-health treatment or professional advice.

4. Sound Healing & Ceremony

Sound healing, cacao or other ceremonial elements may be included where stated in the event description. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, dietary requirements or concerns regarding any ceremonial offering, please inform the facilitator before participating.

5. Respect & Confidentiality

This is a sacred and inclusive space. Participants are expected to treat facilitators and other attendees with kindness, respect and consideration.

Personal stories, experiences and information shared by other participants during the circle should be treated as confidential and not discussed outside the group without permission.

6. Photography & Recording

Photography or recording may take place for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please advise the facilitator before the event begins.

Participants are not permitted to photograph, record or share images of other attendees without their consent.

7. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. SimShakti Yoga & Holistic Healing Centre accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions stated at the time of booking. Where possible, requests to transfer a booking to another person or event will be considered at the discretion of SimShakti.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by SimShakti, participants will be notified and offered the applicable refund or alternative arrangement.

9. Acknowledgement

By booking your place, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and voluntarily choose to participate in the Moon Circle.

You acknowledge that spiritual, ceremonial, meditation and sound-healing practices involve personal experiences and accept responsibility for your own participation and wellbeing.
