By purchasing tickets to this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Receive information by email about the Event, by email from the AWM, and agree to your information being used for marketing purposes. You have the right to opt-out by notifying the Memorial at marketing@awm.gov.au
Application of Terms and Conditions
Ticketing Terms and Conditions “we”, “us” and “our” means The Australian War Memorial as the operator or host and “you” and “your” means the purchaser of Tickets.
Before proceeding with your purchase, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. You must not purchase a ticket unless you agree with these Terms and Conditions.
Conditions of Entry

Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or eviction.
Pricing and Concessions
Ticket prices are set by the Presenter. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. Your ticket is a tax invoice.
Transaction and booking fees may apply to your ticket purchase, as per the fees and charges of the ticketing or booking platform.
You warrant that you have the authority to make payment for your ticket and that you hold or have express permission of the holder of any credit card or other payment facility used to purchase the ticket.
We reserve the right to introduce or cancel discounts and to make other price changes, without notice. Accordingly, the price of tickets will be the price set out as per the ticketing or booking platform at the time you place your order for a ticket or tickets for the Event.
You must claim any discount to which you think you are entitled at the time of ordering your tickets, as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Any discounts and special offers around the purchase of tickets may be limited by The Memorial at their absolute discretion.
Concession rates available to certain persons at the time an order is placed may vary according to the Event, so please check with the Memorial when booking if you have any queries.
Refund Policy
Where an Event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated you may be entitled at law or under the LPA Code to a refund. The Memorial will not reimburse you for any amount beyond the face value of the ticket and does not cover any transaction or booking fees paid at the time of ticket purchase.
If an Event is cancelled due to government restrictions, act of God, natural disaster, pandemic, extreme adverse weather or for any other cause reasonably beyond The Memorial’s control, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange, and The Memorial is not obliged to reschedule the Event. If you have not paid for your ticket in full at the time of cancellation under this clause, you will not be required to make payment of any balance outstanding on the costs of the ticket or tickets at the time of cancellation.
Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis 72 hours prior to the event date and start time.
Refunds will be processed via the TryBooking secure payment portal and can only be credited back to the method of payment associated to the relevant booking.
Refunds will be processed no later than 7 days after the event date.

Payments
You must pay us the price of the ticket or tickets ordered by you, together with any applicable fees as advised at the time of booking the ticket or tickets for the Event.
Payments can be made through the booking platforms secure payment window using following credit and debit cards at the point of booking the ticket or tickets for the Event: Visa, MasterCard, and MasterCard Debit
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
