完成報名、購票或進入活動場地，即表示參加者已閱讀、理解並同意以下活動條款及細則。
By registering, purchasing a ticket or entering the event, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. 活動資料 Event Details
活動日期：2026年9月26日（星期六）
活動時間：下午5:30至晚上8:00
活動地點：黃金海岸華人基督教會
3 Byth Street, Arundel QLD 4214
The event will be held on Saturday, 26 September 2026, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at Gold Coast Chinese Christian Church, 3 Byth Street, Arundel QLD 4214.
2. 一般活動券及早鳥優惠 General Admission & Early-bird Offer
一般活動券適用於 6歲或以上參加者。
正價：每位 $15
早鳥優惠：於2026年9月5日或之前完成報名，每位 $10。
所有參加者均須按主辦方指定方式完成預先登記。
General Admission applies to attendees aged 6 and over.
Regular price: $15 per person.
Early-bird price: $10 per person for registrations completed on or before 5 September 2026.
All attendees must complete registration in the manner specified by the organiser.
3. 活動費用性質 Cost-sharing Basis
活動費只用作分擔是次嘉年華的食品飲品、場地佈置、活動物資、設備、印刷、行政及其他相關成本。
本活動並非籌款活動，亦不以營利為目的。
The ticket fee is charged solely to contribute towards the costs of staging the carnival, including food and drinks, decorations, activity materials, equipment, printing, administration and other related expenses.
This event is not a fundraising activity and is not conducted for profit.
4. 一般活動券內容 General Admission Inclusions
每張有效一般活動券包括：
• 嘉年華活動參與
• 精選港式小食4款
• 飲品1款
• 指定攤位遊戲
• 迷你月餅換領1份
每款小食及飲品只可按活動券列明數量換領。所有食品、飲品、月餅、遊戲及禮品均視乎現場供應及數量而定，換完即止。
入場券、活動券及換領項目不得兌換現金、轉售或轉讓。
Each valid General Admission ticket includes:
• Participation in carnival activities
• Four selected Hong Kong-style snacks
• One drink
• Designated stall games
• One mini mooncake redemption
All inclusions are subject to availability and the quantities stated on the relevant ticket or activity card. Tickets and redemption items cannot be exchanged for cash, resold or transferred.
5. 5歲或以下兒童免費入場 Children Aged 5 and Under
5歲或以下兒童可免費參加活動，但仍須預先登記。
兒童須由父母、法定監護人或獲授權成年人完成登記。
因場地容量、食品供應或安全需要，主辦方可要求未完成登記的兒童等候，或在有需要時拒絕入場。
Children aged 5 and under may attend free of charge but must be registered in advance by a parent, legal guardian or authorised adult.
The organiser may require unregistered attendees to wait or may refuse entry where reasonably necessary due to venue capacity, food availability or safety requirements.
6. 兒童活動券內容 Children’s Activity Ticket Inclusions
完成登記的5歲或以下兒童可獲兒童活動券，內容包括：
• 嘉年華活動參與
• 指定小食2款
• 水或果汁1款
• 指定攤位遊戲
兒童活動券不包括迷你月餅換領。
所有項目均以兒童活動券列明的內容、數量及現場供應為準。
Children aged 5 and under who have completed registration will receive a Children’s Activity Ticket, which includes:
• Participation in carnival activities
• Two designated food items
• One water or juice
• Designated stall games
Mini mooncake redemption is not included in the Children’s Activity Ticket.
7. 退款、轉讓、活動變更及取消 Refunds, Transfers, Changes & Cancellation
除活動由主辦方取消，或適用法律另有規定外，因參加者個人原因或改變主意而未能出席，已購門票一般不設退款。
入場券不得轉售或作商業用途。
如因天氣、安全、場地、供應、政府要求或其他主辦方無法合理控制的情況，需要調整、延期或取消活動，主辦方將在合理可行情況下通知已登記人士。
Tickets are generally non-refundable for change of mind or inability to attend, except where the event is cancelled by the organiser or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Tickets must not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
The organiser may reasonably modify, postpone or cancel the event due to weather, safety, venue, supply, government requirements or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control and will use reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees.
8. 食物、過敏及特殊飲食需要 Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
活動食品可能含有或接觸花生、堅果、芝麻、奶類、雞蛋、麩質、小麥、大豆、魚類、甲殼類及其他致敏原。
部分食品可能於共用廚房、設備或處理區域製作，因此不能保證完全沒有交叉接觸致敏原的風險。
如參加者有嚴重食物過敏、乳糜瀉、特殊飲食需要，或不能確認食物是否適合食用，請於食用前向工作人員查詢；如仍有疑問，請勿食用相關食品。
父母或監護人須自行判斷食品是否適合其所照顧兒童食用。
Food may contain or come into contact with allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, dairy, egg, gluten, wheat, soy, fish and crustaceans.
Food may be prepared or handled in shared facilities, and the organiser cannot guarantee that any food is completely free from allergen cross-contact.
Attendees with severe allergies, coeliac disease or special dietary requirements should check with event staff before consuming food and should not consume any item where its suitability cannot be confirmed.
9. 兒童監護及安全 Children’s Supervision & Safety
本活動不提供兒童託管或獨立兒童照顧服務。
所有未滿18歲參加者必須由父母、法定監護人或獲授權成年人全程負責照顧及監督。
參加者須遵從場地標示及工作人員提出的合理安全指示。
This event does not provide childminding or unsupervised childcare.
All attendees under 18 must remain under the care and supervision of a parent, legal guardian or authorised adult.
Attendees must follow venue signage and reasonable safety directions from event staff.
10. 緊急及醫療情況 Emergencies & Medical Assistance
如發生緊急或醫療情況，主辦方可在合理可行情況下提供或尋求急救、救護車或其他緊急醫療協助，並聯絡參加者的家人、監護人或已提供的緊急聯絡人。
任何救護車、醫療或相關第三方服務所產生的費用，由參加者或其父母／監護人自行承擔。
In an emergency or medical situation, the organiser may provide or seek first aid, ambulance or emergency medical assistance and, where reasonably practicable, contact the attendee’s parent, guardian, family member or emergency contact if provided.
Any ambulance, medical or related third-party costs remain the responsibility of the attendee or their parent/guardian.
11. 個人財物 Personal Belongings
參加者須自行妥善保管個人財物。
除適用法律規定主辦方須承擔責任的情況外，主辦方不對遺失、被盜或損壞的個人物品負責。
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
12. 場地行為及管理 Venue Conduct & Management
本活動為適合家庭參與的教會社區活動。
所有參加者須尊重其他來賓、工作人員及教會場地。
主辦方可拒絕入場，或要求任何危及安全、嚴重擾亂秩序、騷擾或歧視他人、醉酒，或拒絕遵從合理指示的人士離場。
場地範圍內禁止：
• 吸煙
• 電子煙／Vaping
• 其他吸煙產品
• 飲用酒精飲品
除依法允許的合資格協助動物外，請勿攜帶寵物進入教會範圍。
This is a family-friendly church community event. All attendees are expected to respect other guests, staff and church property.
The organiser may refuse entry or require a person to leave where that person creates a safety risk, seriously disrupts the event, harasses or discriminates against others, is intoxicated, or refuses to follow reasonable directions.
Smoking, vaping and consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited on church property. Pets are not permitted except for legally permitted assistance animals.
13. 攝影、錄像及活動記錄 Photography, Video & Event Recording
活動期間可能進行一般攝影、錄像或錄音，用作教會活動記錄、網站、社交媒體、新聞通訊及日後活動宣傳。
如參加者不希望本人或所監護兒童的可辨識影像被使用，請於報名或活動簽到時通知工作人員。主辦方會作出合理努力配合有關要求。
如需要進行特寫肖像、訪問或以個人為主要拍攝對象，主辦方可另行取得適當同意。
General photography, video and audio recording may take place during the event for church records, website, social media, newsletters and future event promotion.
If you do not wish identifiable images of yourself or a child in your care to be used, please notify staff during registration or check-in. The organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
Separate consent may be sought for close-up portraits, interviews or material primarily featuring an identifiable individual.
14. 個人資料及聯絡 Privacy & Communications
報名時收集的姓名、聯絡資料及其他必要資料，主要用於處理購票、活動安排、入場核對、安全、行政及與本活動直接相關的聯絡。
如參加者另外選擇同意接收教會日後活動資訊或跟進聯絡，主辦方才會按照該項同意作相關用途。
Registration information may be used for ticketing, event administration, check-in, safety and communications directly related to this event.
Future promotional or follow-up communications will only be sent where the attendee has provided the relevant consent.
15. 法律權利 Legal Rights
本條款不排除、限制或修改任何根據適用法律不能被排除、限制或修改的權利或保障，包括在適用情況下澳洲消費者法所提供的保障。
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.
16. 接受條款 Acceptance
完成報名、購票或進入活動場地，即表示參加者已閱讀、理解並同意以上活動條款及細則。
父母、法定監護人或獲授權成年人為未成年參加者完成登記時，亦確認其代表所照顧的未成年參加者接受適用的活動安排及條款。
By registering, purchasing a ticket or entering the event, attendees confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Parents, legal guardians or authorised adults registering minors also confirm their agreement to the applicable event arrangements and Terms & Conditions on behalf of those minors.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
