Young Engineers Brisbane East : Holiday Camp Cancellation Policy

Bookings
• Full payment is required to secure your child's place.
• Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

Parent Cancellations
• 14 or more days before camp: Full refund less a $25 administration fee.
• 7–13 days before camp: 50% refund of camp fees.
• Less than 7 days before camp: No refund.
• If your child's place is filled from the waitlist, we may, at our discretion, provide a full refund less the administration fee.
Illness
• If your child cannot attend due to illness and a medical certificate is provided before or within 48 hours of the camp day, you may choose either:
o a credit to use within 12 months
• No credits are provided without a medical certificate.

Provider Cancellation
• If we cancel a camp due to insufficient enrolments, severe weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, families will receive either:

o a full refund; or
o the option to transfer to another camp date.

Transfers
• Transfers to another camp date are permitted up to 7 days before the camp, subject to availability.
• One transfer is free; additional transfers incur a $15 administration fee.

No Shows & Partial Attendance
• No refunds or credits are provided for:
o failure to attend;
o arriving late;
o leaving early; or
o behavioural removal from the program.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
