Summer Blitz Xpress 2027 Terms and Conditions

1.0 Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms bear the following
meanings:
Activity. Means any activity
Agents of the Attendee. Means parent(s), guardian(s) or person(s) otherwise
legally responsible for the Attendee.
Attendee. Means any person attending Summer Blitz 2027

2.0 Introductory provisions
2.1 This document sets out the Terms and Conditions upon which the Attendee (including parent(s), guardian(s) or agent(s) of the Attendee) and Summer Blitz contract for the provision of services at Summer Blitz 2027, and, if registration is accepted in accordance with these terms and conditions, forms part of the agreement between the parties.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions set forth the obligations of the Attendee (including parent(s), guardian(s) or agent(s) of the Attendee) and any person who has registered on behalf of the Attendee.
2.3 You hereby accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of every person for whom you have registered, and are responsible for ensuring that these Terms and Conditions are communicated to and followed by
such people.
2.4 Summer Blitz holds the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions by notifying you, or publishing the updated Terms and Conditions on our website.

3.0 General provisions
3.1 Summer Blitz reserves the right to, at their discretion, withdraw the Attendee if their influence or actions are deemed inappropriate or
dangerous.
3.2 The Attendee is prohibited from unlawfully possessing, using, being under the influence of, selling or distributing illicit substances.
3.3 The Attendee is prohibited from possessing, using, being under the influence of, selling or distributing alcohol or tobacco products.

3.4 Using physical violence or language that is deemed profane, obscene, disparaging or threatening is strictly prohibited.
3.5 The possession and/or use of medications for personal use is only permitted for prescription drugs where prescribed by a medical practitioner, or where over-the-counter drugs as permitted by law (i.e. for
legitimate medical reasons); and only when taken in accordance with the recommended dosage and directions.

4.0 Disclaimer
4.1 The Attendee has voluntarily chosen to participate in the Activity. The Attendee (including Agents of the Attendee) understands that it may
involve physical activity of a strenuous nature, and that there are inherent risks in all aspects of physical activity, including injury and death. The Attendee (including Agents of the Attendee) knowingly assumes all of the inherent risks of the Activity. The Attendee (including Agents of the Attendee) waives any and all claims that the Attendee (including Agents of the Attendee) may have against Summer Blitz.

5.0 Release
5.1 To the full extent permitted by law, the Attendee (including Agents of the Attendee) releases and discharges Summer Blitz from any and all liability for loss, claims, demand, damage, injury or expense, that the Attendee suffer as a result of participation in the Activity and/or attendance at Summer Blitz due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence and whether direct, indirect or consequential.

6.1 Liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, Summer Blitz, and its representatives, will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims, expenses arising in connection with attendance at Summer Blitz due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence and whether direct, indirect or consequential.
6.2 I hereby indemnify Summer Blitz and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions and costs for any loss, injury, damage or
expense whatsoever

7.0 Medical Treatment Consent

7.1 I hereby waive and release Summer Blitz, and its representatives, from any and all liability in the event of any accident or misfortune, damage or loss that may occur to my child.
7.2 I give permission for my child to receive such medical assistance as may be deemed necessary by suitably qualified leaders at Summer Blitz in the event of accident, injury, or illness of my child.
7.3 I authorise the leaders at Summer Blitz, where it is impractical to communicate with me, to arrange for my child to receive such emergency or other medical treatment as may be deemed necessary by a qualified medical practitioner.
I accept responsibility for payment of all
expenses associated with such treatment.

8.0 Promotions Consent
8.1 I understand that photo and video will be taken during the conference and used for Summer Blitz promotional purposes. By registering for Summer Blitz I give permission for my child to be photographed or filmed during the general course of the conference.

9.0 Group Terms
9.1 I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my child or children are attending Summer Blitz under the legal supervision of their group leader.
10.0 Refund Policy
10.1 A full or partial refund may be issued to an individual or group provided that Summer Blitz is given written notice of the individual or group’s withdrawal from the event at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the event.
10.2 Where the Attendee has been withdrawn from the event, pursuant to Clause 3.1, no refund will be issued.

- receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
- permit trained adults to administer medical assistance to your child in necessary events.
