Ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, illness, personal circumstances, inability to attend or other reasons outside the organiser’s control.

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact Social Hour Society prior to the event with the name and details of the new ticket holder.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be notified and a refund of the ticket purchase price will be provided. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a refund where applicable.

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including entertainment, inclusions, venue arrangements or timings, where necessary. Any significant changes affecting the event will be communicated to ticket holders.

Tickets must be presented for entry. Tickets cannot be duplicated, resold for profit or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.

This is an 18+ event. Valid photo ID may be required upon entry.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
