Please note that while the College will endeavour to honour table preferences and group seating requests, these arrangements cannot be guaranteed and may be changed where necessary to maximise attendance for graduating students. The venue has strict capacity limits, and ensuring graduates can attend the event will take precedence over seating preferences.

As a result, allocated table numbers may change closer to the event date to allow for table consolidation, accommodate additional bookings, or enable families with separate bookings to be seated together where possible.

Every effort will be made to keep bookings in a similar location within the venue. Where practicable, students and families will be consulted to maintain seating arrangements for groups that intentionally booked together. Any changes to booking allocations will be communicated by email, and a seating plan will be available on the night to confirm table allocations.
